The Product support service of the MR&O Division is targeted to follow up the Operator through all phases (take off, in flight, arrival, aircraft on ground), through its different services: engine fleet monitoring (C.A.E.S), Customer Engine Support on ground, AoG support, On-wing ECM support, repair and overhaul at Avio Shop, engine leasing support and dedicated contracts.


The Avio MR&O Division has personnel readily available called Customer Engine Service.
Each team is dedicated to a commercial area so as to support Customers promptly, in real time, reaching them in any part of the World, even the farthest most point.
All people are "Certifying Staff", and specialised in each engine type.
