Military Avio offers a complete integrated package of services, ranging from field assistance to the supply of spare parts, Repair and Overhaul. High level services are ensured through the Avio attention to Customer needs, providing tailored solutions to improve their operational capabilities.
For over 50 years, the Italian Air Force and foreign military Customers have enjoyed FiatAvio dedicated services.
The R&O facility, located in Brindisi, can provide all levels of maintenance services to the highest standards using the most modern technologies.
Avio also offers, among others, a unique programme called Full Service, in which it manages the engine fleet for its customers, using existing military maintenance organisation and facilities . The Customer simply pays a flat rate per flying hour, and the fleet is managed so that engines are always ready to go on wing 24 hours a day. Consequently, the Customer can concentrate on his core mission to fly and does not have to worry about engine availability.
Product support
Avio provides the Customers with appropriate services in order to meet their operational needs, allowing them to concentrate on their primary mission: the operationally complex weapons system.

MR&O
Avio is focused on Maintenance Repair & Overhaul of Military engines and Auxiliary Power Units (APU) for combat and transport aircraft, and helicopters.
Type of contracts
Avio Maintenance Repair & Overhaul “Sales” offers a wide range of contractual opportunities, tailored to the specific needs of each Customer: from the more traditional type of contracts to the most innovative ones, including “Power by the Hour” type of contract which features a fixed price for flying hour with the support of the In Service Information System (ISIS)
